This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit a page, Netlify automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, so the site can be delivered securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies and your consent
Optional cookies and tracking (statistics and marketing) are only used after you agree in our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG). Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can change or withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Necessary storage, for example remembering your cookie choice or that you closed a pop-up, does not need consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).
4. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. Without your consent it runs in a restricted mode without cookies. With your consent (“Statistics”) it may set cookies. IP addresses are shortened. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
Only with your consent (“Marketing”) we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. It lets us measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and bookings, and show our ads to people who visited our website. Meta may combine this data with your Facebook or Instagram account and transfer it to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting the data (Art. 26 GDPR). More: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. Contact, booking and waitlist forms
When you send us a form (for example contact, workshop booking, “Tell us who’s coming” or a waitlist), we use your details only to answer you and organise your workshop (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Form submissions are processed by Netlify (see section 2). We keep them as long as needed for your booking and as required by tax law.
7. Newsletter and workshop updates (Kit)
If you sign up for our newsletter or workshop updates, we use Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA) to send emails. Sign-up uses a double opt-in: you confirm your address by clicking a link. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Data transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Payments and booking a date
Payments are made through PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). When you click a payment button you go to PayPal, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. After payment, we may send you a link to pick a date in Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited), which then processes your name, email and chosen time (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The fonts on this website are stored on our own server. No connection to external font services is made.
