Teach With Us

You've learned the craft. Now pass it on.

Berlin Wood Sisters is opening its workshops to new teachers. Two ways in — one with zero risk, one with real upside. Both start with a single conversation about what you'd love to teach.

— Who We're Looking For —

You don't need to be a master.

You need to love the craft and be able to hold a room. Woodworking, carving, jewelry, or a craft of your own — if you can guide beginners through their first honest piece of work, there is a bench waiting for you.

Our workshops are open to everyone — teams, companies and mixed groups included — but the focus is on women, girls and FLINTA* people, and the teaching team should reflect that too. If you've ever stood at one of our workbenches, you already know what our rooms feel like.

01

The Guest Teacher

You show up and teach. We provide the space, the tools, the materials — and a room full of guests. You're paid €20 per hour, from arrival to wrap-up, on a Minijob basis. Zero risk, zero setup.

02

The Partner Teacher

Your workshop, our name. You run your own sessions in your own space — and keep 85% of every ticket. We bring the brand, the listing on our website and Instagram, the workshop formats and the bookings.

01

Crew

Help run a workshop day and attend free. No experience needed — the easiest way to see a session from the inside. Join the crew.

02

Assist

Guide participants alongside an experienced teacher. Real tool-time, real facilitation practice, still nothing to organize.

03

Guest Teacher

Take the front of the room at our place — everything provided, €20 per hour from arrival to wrap-up.

04

Partner

Run your own workshops under the Wood Sisters name and keep 85% of every ticket.

Most teachers start with the first seat and grow into the last. You can also step in anywhere along the way.

— How It Starts —

Three steps, nothing formal.

01

Write us

Use the form or email info@wood-sisters.com. Two sentences are enough: what you'd teach, and which of the two seats interests you.

02

We talk

You will be contacted for a short call or a coffee. We figure out together which seat fits — and what your first session could look like.

03

We agree it in writing

Hours and rate, or the partner terms — everything goes into a short written note before your first session. No guessing, no surprises.
